2017 Oceana Chablis

2017 Digression Rosé
Pale rose in color, this cool climate rosé from Provence is a delight from start to finish. Digression opens with hints of white flowers, light minerality, peach and melon on the nose. On the palate, initial notes of
delicate minerality lead you to notes of sun-kissed strawberry and a hint of watermelon. Aged on fine lees for six months, Digression has an elegant finesse that dances across the tongue.

2015 Confession Red Blend
The 2015 Confession Red Wine is dark, dense and immediately intriguing in the glass. You are greeted by blue and black fruits, a dusty, herbaceous quality and a hint of ginger-molasses cookie on the nose. The well integrated new French Oak is nicely balanced with fruit, and it supports the richness of the wine, while framing and balancing the dense palate. 2015 American Vintage Red Blend
This rich, dark, dense wine presents as dark purple-red in the glass. The bold, jammy, ripeness of the Zinfandel is well balanced with the blue-black notes of the Petite Sirah. Made in the traditional method, the 2016 Secret Indulgence Brut is made from 100% Napa Valley Chardonnay. Pale straw in the color, delicate bubbles dance to the top of your glass. You are greeted with a brioche yeastiness on the nose followed by hints of citrus blossom, lychee, yuzu and kumquat. As you begin to taste the wine you will find bright, balanced acidity. Notes of toasted brioche and citrus continue on the palate, followed by hints of asian pear and coconut flake. The elegant acidity and efferevescence dance across your palate leaving you wanting for more.

Pair with Brillat Savarin cheese on toast points or Ossetra Caviar on blini.

Imaginarium Blanc de Blancs
Made in the traditional method, Imaginarium Blanc de Blancs is a pale straw color in the glass.
